Waitlist

We have traditionally worked from one, paid, waitlist.  This is how we prefer to work.   If you join our official waitlist, it is guaranteed that you will get a puppy from us.  The benefit of joining our waitlist is that our prices are less for our official waitlist.  AND we use waitlist to choose our pairings so hopefully this results in not waiting long.  However, we've decided to also create a secondary list.  This new list is NOT an official waitlist but rather a contact list.  We're calling it the "Interested but Not Ready to Commit List. "

How does your official waitlist work?

Great question! Our waitlist is a paid waitlist.  The fee is $150 to join.  This fee is applied to our puppy deposit when we have one for you.  We chose to move to a paid waitlist because we want those that join to be committed to us.  If you join our paid waitlist, you WILL get a puppy from us.  Below tries to explain a little more about how it works.

Our waitlist isn't per litter, usually, but in general.  Though, occasionally we do have waitlists for very specific litter types (Ex. Wirehair and Standard litters).  We put all of your must haves into our waitlist, and it's organized first by application date then coat type, sex, color, pattern and then size. When we have a litter we start at the top and match puppies based on everyone's must haves. If you say you only want a female and we have a male, we will not contact you. Our best guess at the moment is that we'll have available puppies this coming Summer/Fall if you're open.  However, if you are looking for a dapple or cream and are specific about other must haves, then I'm guessing it wouldn't be until Fall/Winter. The wait depends on what the people in front of you on the list choose to do (the most difficult to predict) and what we get (how many puppies, color, pattern, sex, hair length) in a given litter, both out of our control. We know what to expect in each litter but never what, exactly we'll get. Honestly, people are the hardest part to predict because often times when we reach out, they will choose to pass or come off the list. This is why it is SO important that you stay in contact with us and communicate if anything changes. We base our pairings on what the waitlist wants. The more specific your request / want the longer it will take. The more open you are to hair length, sex, pattern, size and color, the quicker it will be. We can never guarantee timing unfortunately. Right now creams and dapples are very popular and our wait for those is probably longer. What we can guarantee is that our puppies are worth the wait!

We require a $150 NON-refundable fee to join our waitlist.  This fee is applied to our deposit when we have a puppy for you.  However, if you choose NOT to buy a puppy from us then you forfeit this fee.  Additionally, we require a $300 NON-refundable deposit to hold a puppy for you.   If we advertise puppies they will always be more than what they are offered to our waitlist for.

All puppies are sold as pets only, on a spay/neuter contract.  All puppies MUST be spayed or neutered by 2.5 years of age and NEVER before 9 months of age.  Consideration for full AKC breeding rights is available on an individual basis and will be subject to an additional fee.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale without providing a reason.  All deposits must be received within 24 hours of a puppy being offered.
We do NOT ship puppies or dogs, but we are willing to meet you at a local airport for an additional $150 fee.
We will NEVER sell to pet stores, brokers, or puppy mills.
